Our pricing is tailored based on your business needs, workflow complexity, and number of processes to automate. We offer monthly subscription plans starting from SAR 2,000, with custom enterprise packages available upon request.

How long does deployment take?

Standard deployments typically take 5–10 business days. Complex or multi-system integrations may take 2–4 weeks, depending on scope.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. Every client receives a free discovery session to assess business needs, identify automation opportunities, and scope the best-fit solution.

Do you support Arabic and English workflows?

Yes. We build bilingual AI agents that support both Arabic and English, including custom prompts, UI elements, and user flows.

How do you ensure the security and privacy of our data?

We prioritize data security and privacy by implementing robust encryption methods, regular security audits, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. All systems are regulated by SDAIA and the NCA and are Saudi PDPL compliant, and your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We offer local data hosting via CNTXT/Google Cloud in Saudi Arabia.

What happens if there’s a technical issue?

We provide ongoing monitoring and support. Response times range from 1 to 24 hours, depending on your support level. Emergency fixes are prioritized.

Can we modify or expand the automation later?

Absolutely. Our workflows are built to scale. You can request enhancements, new modules, or process expansions anytime.

Is training provided for using the AI systems?

Yes. We offer onboarding, live demos, and training sessions for your team. Ongoing support and learning materials are included in all subscription plans.

What platforms do you integrate with?

We integrate with 100s of platforms and applications, primarily; ERP systems, CRMs, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and more. Custom API integrations are available on request.

Can we cancel or pause our subscription?

Yes, subscriptions can be paused or canceled with a 30-day notice. No long-term lock-in required unless otherwise agreed in enterprise contracts.

Is your service fully customized or template-based?

We build custom AI agents and workflows for each client, but also offer ready-made solutions for common business operations across all departments.
